Who we are

Dubwise is made by DZ Media, a UK sole trader run by Dale Malcolm-Adams. DZ Media is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. Contact: hello@getdubwise.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• your email address
• the styles of music you tell us you play
• a record that you ticked the consent box, and when you signed up
• basic technical details sent by your browser (such as IP address and browser type), which we keep with your sign-up to help stop spam

Why we collect it

We use your email address to send you the Dubwise download link when it’s ready, founder pricing and the occasional update about the app. We use the styles you play to understand who Dubwise is for and to make those emails more relevant. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. Your sign-up is stored on this website, which is hosted by Hostinger. If we start using an email service to send updates, we’ll name it here and it will only process your details on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we’ll act within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
